Account and Business Model
MCO Flow accounts are created or approved by the customer organization or its administrator. Users do not purchase digital content, subscriptions, or paid features inside the iOS app. Access is provided through an existing business relationship or internal company process.
Privacy Policy
MCO Flow processes business CRM information needed to provide the service, such as user account details, customer records, tasks, notes, reports, and support requests. The app uses this information only to deliver CRM functionality, maintain account access, provide support, and improve service reliability.
We do not sell personal data. Authorized organization administrators may manage user access and CRM records according to their company responsibilities. Users can contact support to ask questions about their data, request corrections, or request account-related assistance.
Data Security
Access to MCO Flow requires authorized credentials. Customer data is handled through secured systems and is limited to users who need access for business operations or support. If a user believes their account or company data may be at risk, they should contact support immediately.
